I created illustrations for The Chinatown Cultural Plan’s dinner invitation and a custom memory map of Boston’s Chinatown. At this storytelling dinner event, participants were asked to bring an address & story in Chinatown that evokes the feeling of belonging. During the course of the dinner, each participant shared their address, marked it on an interactive map of Chinatown, and shared their story.  This storytelling dinner event was an opportunity to participate in the Chinatown Cultural Plan, which seeks to create a collective vision that identifies the culture, history and heritage of Boston Chinatown with a policy agenda for housing, mobility, health, environmental justice and open space.
